Ayika helps users make more balanced scheduling decisions by analyzing energy and cycle-related patterns alongside calendar data. When you connect your Google or Outlook calendar, Ayika may read your event metadata (title, time, duration) and, with permission, write private events like reminders or predicted period dates.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ayika. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

When connecting your calendar, you grant Ayika limited permission to:

• Access event metadata for analysis
• Create or modify only private events you authorize
• Suggest optimal times for meetings or breaks

Ayika will never send invites, notifications, or modify shared events without your explicit consent.

You agree not to misuse the Service by:

• Submitting false or misleading data
• Attempting to access another user's account or calendar
• Reverse-engineering or exploiting any part of the Service

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

You retain ownership of your data. Ayika processes it solely to provide the Service and improve recommendation accuracy.

You can withdraw consent, request deletion, or export your data at any time by emailing dev-ops@ayikaai.com

By providing cycle, energy, or mood-related information, you give Ayika explicit consent to process this data solely for generating personalized scheduling insights.

You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your access to other features.

We may update or discontinue parts of Ayika to enhance user experience. Any material changes will be communicated in advance through email or app notifications.

• Ayika provides lifestyle and scheduling recommendations for informational purposes only.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Ayika and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Ayika's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service during the previous 12 months.

You may disconnect Ayika at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users in Nigeria are also protected under NDPR provisions.
